Domestic applications
If you're a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you apply as a domestic student through ontariocolleges.ca. You can choose up to five programs, no more than three at one college, and Ontario Colleges charges a non-refundable $150 fee. Current high-school students have their school send transcripts. Everyone else mails transcripts to ontariocolleges.ca. Save your application number.
February 1 for competitive programs
Lambton's application page says competitive programs need your application by February 1. Admission to competitive programs such as Practical Nursing is based on your academic average, so submit early. Lambton runs application nights if you want help filling out the form.
International applications
International students can apply directly online, or through an authorized education agent if they choose. Lambton reviews applications within 2 to 5 business days. Agents can't guarantee admission, have no special access and can't collect Lambton fees, so you pay the college yourself through its official payment page. Lambton emails you directly when your application is approved, and your agent must give you the original Letter of Acceptance.
