The Academic Success Centre provides free personalized help to currently enrolled Keyano students. Support covers mathematics, science, writing, language, digital design and study strategies. Students can book a 30-minute appointment, attend a drop-in, or use email, phone, Teams, Zoom and workshops. In-person appointments take place in CC119.
Use peer tutoring correctly
Peer tutoring covers course content outside the specialists’ scope and depends on tutor availability. It supports classroom instruction rather than replacing it. Students should bring the assignment instructions and attempted work. Two missed appointments without notice can affect access to later specialist bookings during the semester.
Arrange accessibility support
Accessibility Services offers confidential, no-cost support to current and prospective students with disabilities. It lists accommodations, adaptive technology and personalized support. Students should monitor their Keyano email for appointment requests and state their preferred in-person, online or phone format when booking.

Wellness Services provides free confidential counselling for Keyano students, including support for stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships and grief. A Wellness Navigator can connect students with financial, housing, food and health resources.
