Choose the housing type
Clearwater Hall is an on-campus six-storey building with furnished suites containing six single bedrooms and shared kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and storage. Penhorwood Place is behind the college near the wellness centre. It has furnished single-student units and unfurnished two- or three-bedroom family townhouses. Housing is pet-free and smoke-free.
Use the current contract period
The 2026–27 academic-year term runs from August 23, 2026 to April 23, 2027. The table keeps each room component separate. Full-year single housing is due June 15. Family amounts vary by bedroom count and garage. Applicants should use the housing account for the assigned unit and its payment instructions.
Fees and payment options
A $50 non-refundable application fee and $300 security deposit are required before residence acceptance. Academic-year residents also pay a $60 non-refundable Housing Life Activity Fee. Payment option 2 adds a $100 non-refundable administration fee. Students receiving monthly funding or sponsorship may request a payment plan by email.
Housing eligibility and availability
Housing is reserved for full-time Keyano students, subject to availability, and the requested housing type is not guaranteed. Clearwater and Penhorwood include Wi-Fi, but furnishings and layouts differ. Confirm the offer, move-in obligations, payment option and unit inventory before relying on residence.
