Check your account and payment deadline
Keyano says tuition and fees are due at least 10 business days before classes begin. Student accounts may include tuition, technology, recreation and Students’ Association fees, health and dental coverage, and residence rent. Review Self-Service because the amount and due date attach to the student’s actual registration.
Compare 2026–27 program estimates
The 2026–27 table compares Business Administration Management with Third Class Power Engineering Co-op. Business estimates differ by domestic and international status. Power Engineering is listed only for domestic applicants. Both program pages exclude mandatory laboratory fees ranging from $35 to $135 and assume full enrolment.
Scholarship and bursary applications
The Keyano Awards Program lists financial-need applications from May 1 to July 31 and winter student-award applications from September 15 to December 18. Supporting documents can include Indigenous ancestry, disability, volunteer references, income and expenses. Eligibility and value vary by award, so one application does not establish funding.
Excellence Tuition Waiver eligibility
The 2026–27 Excellence Tuition Waiver is for 2026 graduates of Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo high schools. It requires an overall average of at least 80% across five named 30-level courses, with no mark below 70%. The maximum is one year of domestic university-studies tuition; associated fees remain the student’s responsibility.
