Barrie Residence has 524 places in an eight-storey building, with furnished two-bedroom suites. Owen Sound houses 61 students in townhouse-style buildings, usually four private bedrooms per suite. Barrie's fall 2026 and winter 2027 single-payment option is $8,250, due June 12, 2026. Owen Sound's 2026–27 single-payment option is $8,592, due May 15, 2026. Each page also publishes instalment schedules with higher totals and different dates. Both pages currently report waitlists, so a published price is not evidence of a room offer.
Use off-campus housing for other locations
Students at other Georgian locations need off-campus housing, and waitlisted Barrie or Owen Sound applicants need a backup.
