Use the applicant-specific route
Georgian says the application process varies by program and pathway. Domestic postsecondary students apply through ontariocolleges.ca. Ontario Colleges currently charges a non-refundable $150 fee covering up to five choices, with no more than three at one college, within one August-to-July academic year. International, apprenticeship, part-time, Lakehead-Georgian and Better Jobs Ontario applicants follow their separate instructions.
Complete the academic record
The required documents depend on prior study. Current Ontario high-school students ask guidance to send grades to ontariocolleges.ca; out-of-province students send an official transcript themselves. Ontario postsecondary transfer applicants can request transcripts through the application, while applicants from institutions outside Ontario arrange delivery to Georgian. International credentials may require evaluation through an approved provider and may also need English-language evidence.
Accept the offer and pay the deposit
After an offer, follow the Applicant Portal and accept through the stated route. Georgian lists minimum non-refundable deposits of $250 for domestic students and $2,500 for international students. The posted deadlines are June 15, 2026 for fall 2026, Oct. 15, 2026 for winter 2027 and Feb. 15, 2027 for summer 2027. Offers after a posted date can receive a rolling portal deadline.
