Residence at all three campuses
Fleming has residences in Peterborough (Sutherland), Lindsay (Frost) and Haliburton. Applications for Fall and Winter 2026–27 opened February 1, 2026, and rooms were offered first come, first served. To apply, you must have applied to a full-time program and have a Fleming student ID. Fleming hasn't published the 2027–28 opening date yet.
What a standard suite includes
A standard suite houses up to five roommates. Each student has a private bedroom and shares a common space, kitchen and washroom. Suites are furnished and include wireless internet, air conditioning and on-site laundry. You can ask for same-gender or gender-inclusive housing, but preferences depend on availability and aren't guaranteed.
Haliburton has its own residence
Haliburton's new residence has 47 beds in two pavilions, with one- and two-bedroom units and a shared kitchenette and bathroom in each suite. Accessible units are available. Full-time students get rooms first come, first served. Short weekday stays for part-time Continuing Education students open for registration in early 2027.
Accessibility and off-campus help
Barrier-free rooms are available. Say yes to the accommodation question on the residence application and Housing Services will contact you. If you live off campus, Fleming partners with Places4Students and SpacesShared for listings. A Housing Community Coordinator runs RentSmart tenant education, and student housing guides cover leases and tenant rights.
