Choose your program first. It decides your campus, and your campus decides housing, recreation and travel.
Three campuses, three different settings
Fleming College has three main campuses in the Kawarthas region: Sutherland in Peterborough, Frost in Lindsay and Haliburton in the Haliburton Highlands. Its campus pages also list Peterborough Square. Your program page tells you where you'll study, so confirm that before you compare residences or commutes.
What each campus is known for
Sutherland lists more than 75 full-time programs in business and IT, general arts and science, health and community services, and trades and technology. Frost is home to the School of Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, with the GeoCentre, a drilling and blasting training centre, a heavy equipment centre and a fish hatchery. Haliburton is the Haliburton School of Art and Design, with studios and the Centre for Making beside Head Lake.
Dates you can plan around
Fleming publishes several dates you can plan around now. Full-time applications get equal consideration until February 1. The 2026–27 residence fees are set. Fee deposit and final payment deadlines are already published for Fall 2027. A program can still fill or close for one term, so check its live status before you apply.
Planned integration with St. Lawrence College
On September 29, 2026, Fleming and St. Lawrence College announced they'll integrate as equals, with the new integrated college effective on or before April 1, 2027. Both keep their names and brands, and students get their diploma or certificate from their home college. Fleming says nothing changes right away for programs, campuses or services, and no campus closures are planned. It also says programs will be reviewed, so watch your college email.
