What makes up your fee bill

Fleming sets tuition by program, semester and domestic or international status. Ancillary fees pay for student services. Program and course fees can cover materials, co-op, placements or memberships. Each program page lists its own tuition. You're full-time for fee purposes if you take at least 70% of the program's credits or two-thirds of the term's courses.

Deposit and final payment deadlines

Fleming's fee schedule sets a non-refundable tuition deposit and a later final payment for each term. For Fall 2027, the deposit is due July 2, 2027 and the final payment August 6, 2027. A $150 late fee applies after the final deadline, and a returned or declined payment costs $30.

Refunds depend on timing

If you formally withdraw from a full-time program within 10 business days of the semester start, you get tuition and ancillary fees back, minus $250 for domestic or returning international students, or $2,000 for first-year international students. A visa denial costs $250 if you tell Fleming within 30 days. Not attending doesn't count as withdrawing.

OSAP timing at Fleming

Ontario's 2026–27 OSAP application is open. Fleming begins approving OSAP releases about 15 calendar days before classes, and the earliest money can reach your bank account is the first day of classes. You can apply up to 60 days before your study period ends. Fleming's own aid page still shows 2025–26 OSAP notes and older federal grant changes, so check current amounts with OSAP.

Bursaries and scholarships

Fleming has about $2 million a year for bursaries, awards and scholarships. Registered students with an active timetable use one online bursary application. For Fall 2026, all programs except Heavy Equipment Operator apply September 21 to October 5, 2026. Winter 2027 runs January 22 to February 5, 2027. The need-based bursary is for domestic students only. International students qualify for select donor bursaries.

The deposit applies to all new and returning students. The final payment covers total tuition and ancillary fees less the deposit, for non-OSAP domestic students, OSAP students with a remaining balance and returning international students. Heavy Equipment Operator and other non-traditional starts use their own dates. New international students follow the offer letter.
