Use program-specific domestic costs
For domestic planning, use the fee shown on the exact program page and treat TBD as unresolved. CNC currently estimates the Information Technology and Networking Diploma at $11,902, while the Business Administration Diploma displays TBD. These examples cannot be generalized to another credential, campus or course load.
Separate international charges
For international applicants, CNC lists a $125 non-refundable application fee and a $10,000 tuition deposit payable only after an offer. The deposit is applied to program tuition and is not an extra tuition amount. CNC also announces a 2% service fee for credit-card tuition payments through PayMyTuition starting August 1, 2026, while listing other payment routes without that service fee.
Track the award cycle
CNC’s Financial Aid page lists 2026–27 scholarship, bursary and award applications opening August 17, 2026. Its closing dates are October 4, 2026 for fall, January 30, 2027 for winter and April 15, 2027 for spring. One application is considered at the closing dates within that intake period, but applicants still need to read each award’s criteria and required documents.
Verify funding eligibility
The same office routes students to StudentAid BC loans, grants, fee deferrals and payment-plan information. Eligibility and repayment depend on the relevant program or government assessment, so an aid listing is not an award or funding promise.
Decision checklist
- Budget from the exact program and applicant category.
- Treat the international deposit as tuition paid in advance.
- Submit award documents before the applicable closing date.
