Domestic applicants can apply online and CNC lists a $40 application fee. International applicants use CNC’s separate international application route and its fee page lists a $125 non-refundable application fee. Check the selected program’s entry requirements before paying because specific program requirements take precedence over general admission rules.

After application, CNC says it contacts applicants by email about missing documents or outstanding requirements. When an offer relies on self-declared grades, interim study or unofficial transcripts, the applicant must provide an official transcript with final grades by the program’s final fee deadline.

The Business Administration Diploma shows why the campus field matters. CNC currently lists Burns Lake, Mackenzie, Prince George, Quesnel and Vanderhoof, with in-class delivery and some courses available online. Its displayed fee is still TBD. So do not use a fee from another credential instead.

The Information Technology and Networking Diploma is a different offering. CNC lists a two-year, 60-week diploma at Prince George for Fall 2026, delivered in class, with an estimated $11,902 fee. That estimate belongs to this program page and cycle context. Confirm the live record before budgeting.

For international applicants, CNC lists a $125 non-refundable application fee and a $10,000 tuition deposit payable only after an offer. The deposit is applied to program tuition and is not an extra tuition amount. CNC also announces a 2% service fee for credit-card tuition payments through PayMyTuition starting August 1, 2026, while listing other payment routes without that service fee.

CNC’s Financial Aid page lists 2026–27 scholarship, bursary and award applications opening August 17, 2026. Its closing dates are October 4, 2026 for fall, January 30, 2027 for winter and April 15, 2027 for spring. One application is considered at the closing dates within that intake period, but applicants still need to read each award’s criteria and required documents.

The same office routes students to StudentAid BC loans, grants, fee deferrals and payment-plan information. Eligibility and repayment depend on the relevant program or government assessment, so an aid listing is not an award or funding promise.

Accessibility Services supports students with verifiable permanent, temporary, chronic or episodic disabilities. CNC advises you to contact the service early. For routine requests, generally at least one month before term. For support in labs, clinical placements or trade shops, three to six months ahead. Documentation needs depend on the support you request.

For academic work, students can use the Learning Commons, library resources, study rooms, tutoring and WriteAway guidance described by CNC. Confirm current hours and delivery before travelling. This matters most when you study at a regional campus.

Students considering university can begin with CNC University Studies and transfer advising. CNC says advisers help select transferable courses but places final responsibility for course selection on the student. Confirm each course in the BC Transfer Guide and with the receiving institution because admission, prerequisites and transfer credit are destination-specific.

Program career statements should also stay scoped. The IT and Networking diploma describes technical preparation with hands-on equipment, while a University Studies plan may involve one or two years before transfer. Choose between them by checking the credential, required courses and the next employer or university decision.
