Counselling is free and confidential, and full-time students get sports centre access in their region.
Accessibility service
The accessibility service helps you build an accommodation plan for a documented need, whether permanent, temporary or still being confirmed. It supports learning disabilities, ADHD, mental health and medical conditions, physical limitations, brain injuries, autism, language disorders, and hearing or vision loss. If you're struggling and wonder whether you have a learning disability, you can meet the team to talk it through.
Counselling
Counselling is free and confidential, covering personal, academic and career concerns, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Outside office hours, you can reach mental health support any time through the Mon PSE app by chat, phone or video.
Sports and recreation
Full-time students at every Boréal campus get a year-long membership to a sports centre in their region. In Sudbury, the Centre sportif on the campus's first floor offers group classes such as yoga, circuit training and dance, plus badminton and running clubs. The Vipères are Boréal's varsity teams.
