Résidence Boréal in Sudbury
Résidence Boréal is on the south side of the Sudbury campus, near the cafeteria and walking trail, and is run by Campus Living Centres. Each student shares an apartment with a roommate of the same gender, and some units are adapted for specific needs. Rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk and dresser, plus high-speed internet. There's a shared kitchen, laundry and lounges, and you pay for the eight-month school year instead of a 12-month lease.
Rates and payment
For 2026–27, the academic year costs $7,620 paid by June 15, 2026, or a little more in two or three payments. You can apply before you get your admission offer, but the application must include a $250 security deposit and a $100 fee. Meals and parking aren't included. If the payment options don't work for you, the residence will help set up a plan.
Ottawa and other sites
Boréal students in Ottawa can live in the Université Saint-Paul residence, where each apartment has a kitchenette and bathroom. For other sites, Boréal partners with Places4Students for local listings and posts housing resources for each community.
