Build the domestic budget

For 2026–27, Camosun lists a mandatory $49 application fee and a $175 registration deposit due one week before registration or as stated in the offer. It also lists mandatory student society fees and levies of $56.38 per month and a mandatory student services fee of $12.88 per month. The page lists myvirtualdoctor at $38 per year as an opt-out charge. It lists a student benefits plan at $318 per year, which can be opted out of only with existing health and dental coverage; confirm your category and account before budgeting.

Treat awards separately

Camosun’s Foundation Bursary application window is September 8–October 20, 2026 for Fall 2026 and December 14, 2026–January 25, 2027 for Winter 2027. The page also links loans, grants and entrance awards. These windows and each award’s eligibility are separate from admission.

Compare ICS tuition by route

The ICS page publishes 2026–27 tuition estimates, effective September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, for the entire program in Canadian dollars. Domestic tuition varies with selected course fees, and student fees are additional and calculated from enrolment.

Keep international deposits distinct

For international students in 2026–27, Camosun lists a $100 mandatory non-refundable application fee. Tuition-and-fee deposits are $9,700 for open programs and $18,800 for seated programs; continuing students pay a $175 registration deposit. Tuition deposits are described as non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to limited exceptions; an approved refund deducts an administration fee of at least $300.

Check bursary eligibility

The Foundation Bursary requires applicants to be enrolled when applying in full-time postsecondary study at 60% or more of a full course load, or 40% or more when StudentAid BC has approved a permanent disability. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or landed immigrants; international students are excluded. New students may apply, while continuing students need a C or higher in their last full-time study period. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Students in six- to ten-week apprenticeship technical training are excluded, while Foundation Trades students are eligible.
