Questions before you book

Prices, scope, refunds and booking.

Yes. Your first consultation is free. Tell us where you're stuck and we'll suggest the services that fit, or a place to start.

Each service shows a starting price in Canadian dollars, like essay review from $15 per essay. Course selection is free. The final price depends on scope, such as how many schools, essays or scholarships you need help with. We agree the scope and confirm the price before any work starts. The price can flex with your family's circumstances.

Before we start, we agree on the scope: the schools, programs, scholarships and residences you're applying to. We estimate the time it will take. If the agreed work takes longer than we estimated, that's on us. If you add schools or applications later, we'll quote the extra work before we start.

Full advising means working with you across a whole application cycle, so we take a limited number of one-on-one students each cycle. Request a spot and we'll tell you quickly whether we can take you on. If we can't, we'll suggest the single services that help most for your applications.

Choose Request this service on the service you want. The form opens with that service named, so we know what you need help with. We confirm the scope and price with you before anything is booked.

Yes. Take one or combine a few. If you want help with most of them, full one-on-one advising covers the whole application cycle.

You pay only for the work we agree. If you cancel or reschedule a booked session a full day ahead, any refundable payment for it comes back to you. Late cancellations and no-shows normally aren't refunded, except for emergencies or if we cancel. Read the refund policy.
