How residence applications work
Each campus has furnished residence with accessible suites. Apply only after you've accepted your St. Lawrence offer, and pay the $100 non-refundable application fee. When beds run out, you join a waitlist in the order you applied. If a room opens, you get 48 hours to accept it. Note any accommodation needs on your application.
Kingston residence and the meal plan
Kingston's residence has 608 beds in single, double and trio rooms, each with its own bathroom. It has a 24-hour front desk and card access. Kingston residents must buy the meal plan: $1,320 per semester, or $2,640 for the year, including $100 Flex. Unused meal plan money isn't refunded and expires at the end of April.
Brockville and Cornwall residences
Brockville's residence has 61 beds, mostly double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus one quad and one barrier-free room. Cornwall has 44 single rooms in Moulinette Hall, the same building as classes. Each Cornwall room has a private entrance and shares a bathroom with the room next door. The meal plan is optional at Cornwall.
Contracts and payment options
The residence contract covers the full academic year. You agree to pay for both semesters even if you move out, and leaving early brings extra charges. Your first Fall 2026 payment was due June 22, 2026. Paying in two or three instalments adds a $100 or $125 administrative fee. Kingston residents get roommate portal access in July.
