Tuition by program
St. Clair's 2026–27 tuition fee sheet lists totals by program, semester and student group: domestic, international and, for many programs, US students. A first year of Business, for example, totals $5,109.76 for a domestic student. Fees can change without notice, and payment is online only, through your bank.
Deposit and payment dates
The Fall 2027 tuition deposit is due June 1, 2027 and full fees by August 2, 2027. For Winter 2027, fees were due December 4, 2026. St. Clair notes that deposits after the June 1 deadline were accepted first come, first served, so pay on time to protect your seat.
OSAP
OSAP is based on financial need, not grades, and is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents and protected persons who live in Ontario. St. Clair suggests applying at least three months before classes start. Once you're enrolled, the college confirms your enrolment to release funding.
Scholarships and Work Study
High-school students from Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent can earn a $1,000 Academic Scholarship with an 85% average in their top six Grade 12 courses, or a $500 Entrance Award with 75% and financial need. Both are for Canadian citizens and permanent residents and go on your tuition account at the end of September. Work Study pays full-time domestic students in financial need to work for a college department. Students transferring from a US school within 12 months can get up to $2,000 in their first year.
