Okanagan lists campus housing in Kelowna, Vernon and Salmon Arm for full-time students. Its overview still describes Penticton housing as scheduled for fall 2026, so confirm its opening before relying on it.

The location pages say applications may be submitted before admission. Housing is first come, first served with priority acceptance, while room preferences use a first come, first served lottery system.

Compare room rates by location

For the September 6, 2026 to April 29, 2027 academic term, Kelowna rates vary by building and room type. Published academic-year rates range from $6,110 for a Skaha Place five-bedroom room to $9,180 for a studio in citxʷ kl snmymyaʔtn.

Vernon and Salmon Arm each list $8,570 for a studio, $8,160 for a two-bedroom room and $7,750 for a four-bedroom room. These are academic-year amounts, not monthly charges.

Budget contract charges and included services

All three location pages list a $100 non-refundable application fee and a $250 refundable security deposit. Utilities and internet are included, kitchens are provided, and no meal plan is offered.

A split-payment plan adds a $150 administration fee. The published June 1 and November 2 dates belong to the 2026–27 cycle; use the housing portal for later contract dates and availability.
