AccessAbility Services

AccessAbility Services is free, voluntary and confidential. It supports students with conditions such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and mobility needs, including students who had an IEP. Fill out the application form and send documentation, which might be a psycho-educational assessment, a medical report or an IEP. You'll build an Individualized Service Plan with staff. Deaf and hard of hearing students can get ASL interpreting and note-taking.

Counselling and health

Counselling is free, short-term and confidential, with Master's-level clinicians registered to practise in Ontario. Book by email for appointments Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. A list of after-hours supports is posted. The emergency Food Cupboard offers confidential help with food insecurity.

Tutoring, testing and the library

Tutoring includes peer tutoring, drop-in help and writing support. The Academic Centre for Testing runs accommodated exams. The Parrott Centre Library in Belleville has research help, group study rooms and electronic collections you can use 24/7.

Lancers athletics and fitness

The Loyalist Lancers field eight teams in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association: basketball, cross-country and volleyball for men and women, plus women's rugby sevens and soccer. The fitness centre is included in full-time Belleville fees. Campus Recreation runs fitness classes, intramurals and off-campus trips.

Indigenous student supports

Indigenous Services in the Tsi Titewaya'taró:roks Centre offers academic and cultural support. Self-identifying as an Indigenous student is voluntary and confidential, and no proof of ancestry is needed. Indigenous students can also apply for the Ontario Indigenous Student Bursary.
