Belleville apartments and townhouses
Belleville has 606 residence beds. The five apartment-style buildings house 476 students in six-bedroom units with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area, and utilities and internet are included. Accessible rooms are only in the apartments. Townhouses hold five students in three single rooms and one shared double, with in-suite laundry and air conditioning, but utilities and internet cost extra.
Port Hope residence
Port Hope's residence is at 9 Pine Street, across the road from the college, with three apartments of single or double rooms. Prices include Wi-Fi and utilities. Residents share a kitchen, washroom and common area, and a student Community Leader runs programming.
How to apply
Apply through StarRez in the myLoyalist portal and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee. Fall 2026 applications were still open with rooms available at this review. If you need an accessible room, say so in your application and follow the accommodation steps.
Off-campus housing
The Off-Campus Housing Coordinator helps with rentals, budgets, leases and city bylaws. Loyalist suggests budgeting $500 to $1,800 or more a month in the Belleville region and $750 to $2,500 or more around Port Hope, plus personal costs.

Each residence application costs $50 (non-refundable). Belleville adds a $25 programming fee per contract term. Townhouse utilities are listed as $350 per term in one table and about $450 per term in the fee notes, so confirm the amount. Loyalist has not yet published 2027–28 rates.
