Sibley Hall
Sibley Hall is a fully staffed, co-ed residence with room for 229 students in open-concept and dorm-style rooms. Rooms are furnished, with high-speed internet, laundry, a games hall and 24-hour video monitoring. For 2026–27, the academic year costs $3,400 to $6,000 depending on the room, and each includes a $500 meal voucher. Rates include utilities, internet and access to common lounges.
Spruce and Cedar Houses
Spruce and Cedar Houses are newer apartment-style buildings with four bedrooms per unit, a shared kitchen and living room and ensuite laundry. Leases run 12 months, September to August, with no 8-month option. For 2026–27, a single payment of $9,760 is due July 15, 2026, and splitting the payment costs $200 more. Utilities including internet are included, but cable isn't.
Applying and cancelling
Rates apply to full-time students, and Spruce and Cedar says you can apply before you're accepted into your program. To cancel or withdraw, submit the form to the front desk at least five business days ahead; phone cancellations aren't accepted. If you cancel your college enrolment, cancel residence too. Refunds follow the Student Residence Agreement and may include a cancellation fee.
