Route support questions
The Student Services page groups support into education advising and other services, tutoring, exam invigilation, technology support, and additional student resources. Use the relevant service rather than assuming one office handles admissions, academics, aid and wellbeing questions.
Check the Cranbrook bus-pass scope
The fee page limits the mandatory Cranbrook-area bus pass to eligible on-campus study at Cranbrook and Gold Creek; online students are excluded. Full-time students receive Cranbrook transit access and designated RecPlex swim access through that fee. Students outside Cranbrook should verify local transportation separately.
Plan around the actual campus
Students comparing campus life should distinguish the main Cranbrook campus from Gold Creek and regional campuses. The main campus contains the listed student-service and academic buildings as well as Purcell House; program delivery still determines where a student must attend.
Decision checklist
- Book the service that matches the question.
- Confirm whether the bus fee applies to the delivery and campus.
- Check program location before planning daily travel.
