Use MyCNA and registration

CNA’s Student Self Service page links students to online registration, grades and information changes; its registration guide says enrolled students who have accepted and confirmed their seat receive the registration notice. Use MyCNA for the current registration and records route.

MyCNA also links password reset, webmail, D2L Brightspace for online study, academic records and advising, accessibility, counselling, peer tutoring and student development. Use its campus-resources links to find the right local contact. The portal is a service directory; the linked service determines eligibility, opening hours and how to get help.

Arrange accessibility support

Accessibility Services asks students to connect early, provide current documentation from a qualified professional and meet a campus coordinator to discuss accommodations. The current page says support may include exam accommodations, assistive technology, note-taking or alternative-format materials. It also says students who did not disclose on the application can contact a coordinator after enrolment.

Use libraries and campus involvement

Library Services staff are available at all campuses for research help, one-to-one consultations, tours and group instruction. Campus libraries provide computers connected to a printer or photocopier, with course work taking priority during high demand. Online learners can use Ask a Librarian or the Enterprise discovery service. The involvement page routes students to campus contacts for student representation, event planning and volunteer opportunities; availability is campus-specific.

Decision checklist

  • Use your student credentials for records and registration.
  • Save the campus Student Services contact.
  • Ask for accessibility or learning support early.
