CNA’s housing page lists on-campus residences only at Bay St. George, Burin and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Corner Brook and Prince Philip Drive, the campuses shown for Systems and Network Administration, are not on that residence list. CNA also provides off-campus listings by location and links SpacesShared for homesharing; it explicitly does not guarantee the listings’ accuracy or timeliness. Contact the accommodation provider to confirm availability, price basis, deposits, meals, contract dates and cancellation rules before committing.

Read residence prices and terms

CNA's current international residence-fee page publishes the same daily and weekly room rates for Bay St. George, Burin and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The amounts are $31 single or $21 double per day, and $126 single or $84 double per week. It says meal plans are mandatory, at least two weeks of residence fees must be paid in advance or on arrival, and 30 days' move-out notice is required to avoid a $100 penalty.

Annual non-refundable charges on the international page include a $25 residence application fee and $50 residence registration fee. Confirm that this page applies to your applicant category and offered space before budgeting from it.
