Systems and Network Administration lists four academic admission routes: high school, College Transition, Adult Basic Education and individual mature-student consideration. The Newfoundland and Labrador high-school route requires provincial graduation with a 60% overall average in the specified courses. These include English 3201 at 60% or higher and five credits at the 3000 level, or equivalents. Its four mathematics credits use either Advanced 2200 and 3200 at 50% each, or Academic 2201 at 50% and 3201 at 60%.

The College Transition, Adult Basic Education and mature-student routes have their own course and grade conditions on the program page. Mature applicants must be at least 19 when applying and out of school for at least a year. Meeting a route’s criteria is not an offer of admission.

Canadian applicants apply online for a non-refundable $30 fee, or on paper at any campus. You can apply to at most two programs a year, naming a primary and a secondary choice. After you're accepted, you pay a non-refundable $105 confirmation fee within two weeks of the date on your letter of acceptance. If you miss that deadline you lose the seat and must apply again.

CNA’s IT overview says work-integrated learning can include labs, capstone projects and program-related work placements. The IT school page identifies a required 15-week work term for Systems and Network Administration. Participation is competitive and follows successful completion of the preceding academic terms with at least a 2.00 GPA. The program comparison places it in the final semester. This is a required work term, not the separate Software Development (Co-op) route or the seven-week Work Experience used by other named IT programs.

CNA prices full-time tuition by school for Canadian students taking four or more courses. Business and Information Technology diplomas, including this one, cost $1,099 per 15-week semester, and Engineering Technology and Health Sciences cost $1,301. A work term carries a $505 fee per semester, and every student pays an $83 technology fee each semester.

CNA's current international residence-fee page publishes the same daily and weekly room rates for Bay St. George, Burin and Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The amounts are $31 single or $21 double per day, and $126 single or $84 double per week. It says meal plans are mandatory, at least two weeks of residence fees must be paid in advance or on arrival, and 30 days' move-out notice is required to avoid a $100 penalty.

Annual non-refundable charges on the international page include a $25 residence application fee and $50 residence registration fee. Confirm that this page applies to your applicant category and offered space before budgeting from it.

The Systems and Network Administration comparison has its own international fee section. Its seat deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit is part of first-semester tuition. Do not use the Canadian table for an international budget. MyCNA links scholarships and awards, financing information and an emergency fund. Check the individual criteria and application process first. Then you can include support in your budget.

The current international fee page lists a $100 per-program application fee. It lists a $105 annual confirmation fee and an $83 technology fee per semester. It lists a $1,500 seat deposit included in first-semester tuition. It says the confirmation and deposit charges are due within two weeks of the letter of acceptance. Its fee-regulations page says unpaid balances can cancel registration. They can also block later registration, transcripts, diplomas and online grades. Use the offer and student account for the actual amount and date due.

For Systems and Network Administration, current international Business and Information Technology certificate/diploma tuition is $4,484 per regular 15-week semester. The table lists $2,243 per intersession. It lists a $2,198 work-term semester fee. The published table does not identify these amounts as a 2026–27 schedule. Verify the live category and your account before payment.

Accessibility Services asks students to connect early. You give current documentation from a qualified professional. You meet a campus coordinator to talk about accommodations. The current page says support may include exam accommodations. It may also include assistive technology. It may include note-taking or alternative-format materials. It also says this. If you did not disclose on the application, you can contact a coordinator after enrolment.

Library Services staff are at all campuses. They help with research, one-on-one consultations, tours and group instruction. Campus libraries provide computers connected to a printer or photocopier. Course work takes priority during high demand. Online learners can use Ask a Librarian or the Enterprise discovery service. The involvement page routes students to campus contacts. These contacts cover student representation, event planning and volunteer opportunities. Availability is campus-specific.

Some of these services are in your fees. The $105 annual confirmation fee covers registration. It also covers student association services. The $83 technology fee is each semester. It pays for software, internet and digital services at every campus.

The current Systems and Network Administration page says something. Graduates qualify for direct entry into Year 3 of CNA's Bachelor of Applied Information Technology: Systems and Network Cybersecurity. Its articulation agreement separately says graduates are eligible for admission to Memorial University's Fisheries and Marine Institute Bachelor of Technology. If admitted, they may satisfy that degree by completing 13 courses or 39 credit hours. Confirm current admission and remaining-degree requirements with CNA and Memorial before relying on either route.

CNA’s Digital Filmmaking comparison gives a separate named example. Graduates of the two-year diploma may apply online with an official transcript to Memorial University Grenfell’s Bachelor of Fine Arts Theatre Technical Theatre Production program. If accepted, the page states that students receive 59 transfer credit hours and must complete 61 credit hours at Grenfell toward the 120-credit degree.

The further-learning section also allows up to nine more transfer credits for the degree. Ask Memorial how approved extra credits affect your own plan. Do not automatically subtract nine from the stated Grenfell requirement. This example is for one credential and one destination. It does not set transfer for Systems and Network Administration.
