Confirm eligibility
CMTN student housing is at the Terrace campus. Applicants must hold full-time registration of at least nine credits per term or 10 instructional hours weekly. Priority goes to students with a face-to-face course or required campus presence.
Track Fall dates
For Fall, the page lists May 31 as the official application deadline, June 30 for signed agreements and August 15 for payment. Late applications remain possible but move to the bottom of the applicant list. Placement is not guaranteed.
Compare room costs
The current table lists monthly rent of $675 for a quad or triple suite and $875 for a single suite. One-semester totals are $3,800 and $4,600 respectively, including listed processing, deposit and food-card charges.
Include mandatory charges
The $50 processing fee is non-refundable, and the $350 damage deposit is conditionally refundable. A mandatory $700 food card provides $1,000 credit each semester; shorter housing terms receive a prorated amount. Allow seven business days for processing.
Plan confirmation and arrival
Check-in must occur with Housing staff during weekday business hours. Students arriving outside those hours must arrange temporary accommodation. A room assignment becomes guaranteed only after the applicant signs the Housing Agreement attached to the acceptance letter.
