Yes. Every price is in CAD. Stripe Checkout shows the final total, including any shipping or tax, before you pay.

We don't currently charge GST/HST or other sales tax. If that changes, checkout will show the tax before you pay.

Checkout accepts shipping addresses in Canada and the United States.

No. You can check out without signing in. Stripe asks for your email, billing and shipping address, and phone number.

By card, through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Your statement may show "Stellar Foundation", because our payments currently run through a Stripe account shared with our nonprofit partner.

Yes, for a full refund, as long as we haven't started fulfilling it. Contact us with your order reference.

Yes. Unworn, unused items in their original condition can come back within 30 days after delivery. Personalized and final-sale items can't, unless they arrive wrong, damaged or defective. Read the refund policy.

Contact us with your order reference and a photo if you can. We'll replace the item or refund you.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers often take a few extra business days to post them.
