Fall 2027
Fall 2027 residence application
Fall 2027 residence application dates are not yet published. The application carries a $100 non-refundable fee and a $1,500 confirmation fee ($1,125 credited to first month's rent, $375 infrastructure fee; $750 is non-refundable).
For Fall 2026, the guaranteed group could apply from March 1 after meeting the age, application, and offer conditions. Other undergraduates could apply from May 1. Treat those dates as context, not Fall 2027 deadlines.
